The house Rosita 1 is excellently located less than 1 km from the wonderful cove Saona. It is a typical country house with two bedrooms, a bathroom in between, a spacious living room with dining area and sofa bed and a kitchen with gas oven, microwave, fridge with freezer and equipped for holiday cooking .. We have aircondition in the bedrooms to feel better !! On the plot there are two semi-detached houses, but each one has its own individual entrance, terrace, outside shower, parking, etc. It is ideal for a family holiday, as it is in the countryside and very quiet. It is also perfect for two couples, as it has an ideal distribution of the bedrooms. There is livestock farming nearby, which the children who visit us love, as well as plenty of countryside and unobstructed views. It is perfect for relaxing from everyday life and those who want to visit other villages and beaches will also enjoy the situation of the house, as you can quickly reach the road that takes you to the whole island.

Rules of use

The minimum stay is 7 nights, but you can always ask for an exception and budget! IN LAST MINUTE THE PRICE IS FOR TWO PEOPLE EACH PLUS €15/PERSON AND NIGHT.- 4 night min! We ask our clients to respect the neighbors, the property itself and simply polite behavior. Silence at night from 12:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., talking softly while on the terraces... Check-out time is at 10:00 a.m. and check-in from 3:00 p.m., we have a place to leave your suitcases if your arrival or departure time is different from our key delivery or return schedule and so that you do not waste a minute of time on this beautiful island. Towels are changed twice a week and sheets every week. The price includes cleaning every 7 days for stays longer than a week. The final cleaning and the ecotassa are charged in a single payment of €100 per stay. Less than 7 nights we charge an extra €50.
In the event that the client breaks furniture or utensils in the house, the amount of the repairs or replacements of what has been broken will be charged. The DNI of all the occupants of the house is requested to be sent in advance
